ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 SW (EASTGATE) 9/77 No 142 24.10.50 GV II Former town house, now shop with storage above. Mid C18. red brick; roof not visible. 3 storeys; symmetrical 4-window range. Rebuilt parapet with cornice band. All windows with painted lintels and 16-pane hornless sashes in reveals with stone sills. Large C20 shop front with plate glass windows and wooden surround and fascia with console brackets; deeply recessed central doorway.
