ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 NW 7/113 No 45 23.8.74 GV II House and offices. Early C19. Buff brick; Kent mansard roof. Lateral stacks to main range and rear wing. 3 storeys; 2 window range. Round-headed former. Parapet with stone coping and plain string course. Rubbed brick flat window arches; hornless sashes in reveals: 12 panes to 2nd floor, 15 to 1st floor. Wrought-iron railings to balcony extend across entire width of house at 1st floor level. 2 later plate-glass horned sashes to ground-floor with panelled door and overlight to left.
