House. Early-mid C18. Painted brick with lateral stack, roof not visible. PLAN: double-depth. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. Parapeted front, left-hand doorway with an early C19 porch of thin cast-iron reeded posts and plain canopy, segmental-arched head and 6-panel door with glazed top panels; segmental-arched plate-glass sashes with exposed frames, and low basement lights. INTERIOR: not inspected. HISTORY: part of a good mixed terrace of early-mid Georgian houses built from the north between 1705 and 1756.
