Terrace of 4 houses. c1830, altered c1990. Stucco with stone dressings, party wall stacks and a slate late C20 mansard roof. STYLE: Late Georgian. PLAN: double-depth. EXTERIOR: each of 3 storeys, basement and attic; 2-window range. A symmetrical terrace has outer doorways, banded rustication to a ground floor plat band, recessed strips to the party walls, cornice and parapet. Doric porches with columns to an entablature with triglyphs and blocking course, and doors with rectangular overlights with margin bars; round-arched ground-floor windows, architraves to the first floor, with 6/6-pane sashes, and second-floor 3/3-pane sashes. Late C20 round-arched dormers. Brick rear elevation of 4 storeys. INTERIOR: through entrance halls with stair flights returning over the entrances with stick balusters, curtail and wreathed rails, 6-panel doors and panelled shutters.
