The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7567 NW 13/102 Retaining walls, piers, railings and steps between Nos 368 and 374, and opposite No 351 GV II Retaining walls, angle piers and steps. They stand opposite No 315 High Street (qv) and probably bound the street side of the garden once belonging to that property. Circa 1800. 2 gault brick walls (in Flemish bond with stone dressings); cast-iron railings with Gothick tracery panels and spear-headed dividers above. 2 2-centred arched recesses in wall at east and west, formerly closed and blazed, perhaps for lamps. Central stone steps leading up and into garden. 2 angle piers at east and west with stone caps. Included for group value with No 351 High Street and the castellated garden building now part of St Bartholemew's Hospital (qv, Reference 13/162).
