Single-depth plan with rear wing; lateral stair, lateral and rear stacks. 2½ storeys. Front: regular 2-window range. Parapet with stone coping. Doorway set right of centre with surround under shaped canopy, the door panelled. Horned sashes in exposed frames (6 panes to upper half-storey, 16 to 1st and ground floor) all under cambered brick arches.
