The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 SW 9/138 No 115 24.10.50 GV II House. Early C18. Brick; Kent-tile roof, half-hipped to right. Double depth plan, lateral stacks. 2 storeys. Front: regular 3-window range. Large gabled 3-light dormer. Deeply overhanging eaves with dentil cornice and end consoles. 12-pane hornless sashes in exposed frames; 1st floor windows with recessed aprons; ground floor windows with shaped arches and keyblock. Simple early-C19 stucco doorcase to right with panelled door. Moulded plinth. Interior: dog-leg stair with turned newels and stick balusters, could be early C18.
