The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROCHESTER          HIGH STREET TQ 7468 SW 9/75                                            No 130 23.8.74 GV                                              II Former house, now a shop.  Circa 1800, heightened in the early or mid C19.  Brick; Welsh slate mansard roof with 2 round-headed 3-light dormers.  Lateral end stack to right.  3 storeys.  Front: tall 2-window range; rendered parapet with moulded cornice.  12- pane hornless  sash window under flat arches  to  2nd  floor. Similar sash windows to 1st floor recessed under round-headed arches with impost band.  Late C20 plate-glass shop front.  Long 2-storeyed range to rear with concrete tile gable-end roof. Little visible internally but features may survive concealed behind modern false walls.
