The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROCHESTER VICTORIA STREET TQ 7468 SE 10/261 No 21 24.10.50 GV II Doctor's surgery, originally a service wing. Early C19. Gault brick: Welsh slate roof. Single-storey range. Corbelled brick cornice; 2 plate-glass sashes in reveals under rubbed-red brick window arches; painted sills. Round-headed doorway to left with panelled door and fanlight, also with rubbed-red brick arch. Included for group value. This building was originally listed with No 19 (qv. ref 10/260).
