The following text is from the original listed building designation:
FRINDSBURY EXTRA CP DILLYWOOD LANE TQ 77 SW 5/38 South side Stone House Farmhouse - II
House. C18, possibly earlier. Possibly timber-framed with rendered brick cladding. Pallin tiled roof, hipped at west. 2 storeys and attic with deep eaves cornice, tall end stack to left and projecting end stack to right and flat-headed central dormer. Regular 3 window front, wide glazing bar sashes on first floor with open boxes and 2 octagonal bays with central entrance between on ground floor.
