1. 5280 CHEVENING CHIPSTEAD High Street (North Side) Nos 9 to 13 (odd) TQ 5056 SW 3/131

2. Cl7 or earlier house refaced and gothicised about 2nd quarter of Cl9. Now divided up. 2 storeys, 2 windows. High pitched fancy tiled roof with 3 bargeboarded gable ends, the 2 right ones small. Stucco. 1st floor at East end jettied on old joists but with replaced fancy brackets. High plinth.Cl9 casements under the small gables. Other windows 3-light sashes under hoodmoulds. Plank door under pent hood. Another entrance on return, door of 2 long panels. Exposed timbers inside.
Nos 5 to 13 (odd) form a group.
