1. 5280 CHIDDINGSTONE CHIDDINGSTONE HOATH Brooker's Farmhouse TQ 44 SE 53/251

2. Probably a C16 or C17 framed structure with later elevational treatment. 2 storeys. ½ hipped ended ridge tile roof. Ridge stack. Ground floor - red brick with blue headers. Rendered above. Early C19 fenestration. 6 sets of casement windows with leaded lights, wooden mullions and pointed arches. ½ glazed front door with projecting porch over with ornamental C19 dada supported on timber posts with chamfered edges. To rear - brick and tile hung. Side elevation - coupled tile hung gable ends with internal gutter.
