18th century farmhouse, probably with older core. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Hipped tiled roof with centre stack. Eaves soffit. Tile hung lst floor, rendered ground floor. Sash windows with glazing bars in exposed moulded frames. Early 19th century projecting porch with hipped slate roof and fluted columns. Mid 19th century rear extensions.
