The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HIGH STREET 1. 1614 (West Side) No 15 TQ 5354/1/30 13.4.51 II* GV 2. With Nos 13 and 17. Originally an inn but is now divided into 3 houses. C16 or earlier framed structure, 2.I.3 facade, 2 storeys. Large centre projecting gable feature with fishscale tile-hanging on first floor. First floor of projecting gable feature over-sailing. Supporting wings on either side with plain tile hanging on first floor. Continuous ridge tile roof, half hipped to left and with ridge stack to left of centre gable. Ground floor with exposed vertical framing and brick infilling. Plain boarded cottage door to left. 2 square-paned lattice casements to right with hanging wooden shutters, Small square window to extreme right. Random stone plinth with 2 small cellar lights with iron grills. First floor with large oversailing gable feature with fishscale tile-hanging. Plaster soffit to over-sailing first floor with moulded wooden cornice. Exposed vertical timber corner fillets to gable feature on first floor. Centre tripartite lattice casement. Small attic window above in gable to left. Small lattice casement on first floor at side of projecting gable feature to right.

C16 or earlier framed structure, 2.1.3 facade, 2 storeys. Large centre projecting gable feature with fishscale tile-hanging on first floor. First floor of projecting gable feature over-sailing. In 1994 a survey on cellars in the Sevenoaks area was undertaken. Used to ber one building with 13 and 17 High Street, cellars now partitioned but originally one. (4)
