The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYNSFORD RIVERSIDE 1. 5280 Nos 14, 16 and 18 (Plough Cottages) TQ 5365 11/78 and No 22 II GV
2. L-shaped C16 or earlier timber-framed range refaced in cement. Tiled roof. Two storeys. Three casement windows facing south, 4 casement windows facing east. This was probably originally part of an inn.
