The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EYNSFORD UPPER AUSTIN LODGE ROAD 1. 5280 Barn to north-east of Lower Austin Lodge Farmhouse TQ 56 SW 5/88 II GV 2. C18. Large weatherboarded barn with half-hipped roof now covered with asbestos tiles. Hipped waggon entrance.
