Summary

Grade I listed building. Main construction periods 1100 to 1899. Church 12/13thc 12th century nave and 14th century chancel. The north vestry and south porch were added and the bell-turret at the west end rebuilt in the 19th century. Built of flint with stone dressings. Tiled roof. Weatherboarded turret with broached shingled spire. Hingework of south door is probably 12th century as are the 2 Norman windows in the nave. 13th century chancel arch. Nave has crown post roof. Purbeck marble font of 13th century and 15th century.
