Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
WEST KINGSDOWN SCHOOL LANE 1. 5280 (south-east side) Oaklands TQ 56 SE 6/243 II GV 2. Circa 1820. Two storeys and attics now stuccoed. Hipped slate roof, with one segmental-headed dormer. Cornice and parapet, 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Two C19 bays of 3 windows each on the ground floor. Four pilasters separate end bays. Doorcase has rectangular fanlight and porch with thin cast iron columns.
