Summary

Grade II listed building. A circa 1840 villa of two storeys and four windows with a projecting left hand bay. The villa has a fairly low pitched, slated roof with deep, bracketed eaves soffit. The walls of the villa are of red brick with the front stuccoed. There are shouldered, moulded architraves to sash windows with glazing bars, a console bracketed cornices on the ground floor, pedimented in left bay over 3-light window. The entrance on the left return has a four-panel door well set back behind a doorcase of pilasters with ornamental capitals and enriched entablature with pediment. Glazed verandah on right return.

Fairly low pitched, slated roof with deep, bracketed eaves soffit. Red brick, front stuccoed. Shouldered, moulded architraves to sash windows with glazing bars, console bracketed cornices on ground floor, pedimented in left bay over 3-light window.
