Fancy tile hung 1st floor. Incised stucco ground floor. Later Cl9 pent hood on brackets all along ground floor. Square bay shop window at left, canted bay at right. 2 glazed doors between. Other windows sashes with margin lights. Included for group value. Nos 44 to 48 (even) form a group.
