The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HEVER GREEN LANE 5280 Little Chittenden (formerly known as TQ 44 SE 49/517 Piggots Cross Farmhouse) II 2. Timber-framed building probably of C15 with Cl8 front of red brick with blue headers. Hipped tiled roof with small ridge gables. 2 storeys, 4 windows. Later projecting offset chimney stack on rear wall, with small pointed windows in sides. Assorted Cl9 and modern 3-light casements, Modern plank door under flat, bracketed hood. Some exposed timber inside.
