Grade II listed building. Dairy building to north of Home Farmhouse. Built mid to late 19th century, probably by George Devey. It has an octagonal chamber with a narrow entrance link to the square part. It is a red brick one storey building with a high pitched, hipped tiled roof. The octagonal chamber has a tiled interior with a marble counter all around and an Art Nouveau ceramic fountain in the middle

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LEIGH LEIGH 1. 5280 Hildenborough Road (West Side) Dairy Building to North of Home Farmhouse TQ 54 NE 51/699 II GV 2. Mid-late Cl9, probably also by George Devey. At end octagonal chamber with narrow entrance link to square, l-window part with overhanging corner forming porch. One storey with high pitched hipped tiled roof. Cruciform gabled louvred top ventilator. Gable at front of square part. Red brick. Iron casements with fancy lattice glazing. Octagonal chamber has tiled interior with marble counter all round and art nouveau ceramic fountain in centre.
Home Farmhouse, the Dairy building, the large Barn and Home Farm Cottage form a group.
