The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5280 OTFORD OTFORD - The Green TQ 5259 21/75 Bubblestone Farmhouse 31.12.70 II GV 2. Timber framed building, probably of C16 with later elevation. 2 storeys, 3 windows irregular. Tiled roof. Projecting left end chimney with offsets. Tile hung 1st floor, red brick ground floor, galletted coursed rubble plinth. C19 and modern casements. Boarded door under small flat hood. Later low sweeping lean-to behind, with dormer and additional chimney.
