2. Early C19. Stucco with incised lines in imitation of stone courses. 3 storeys and half-basement lights. Tarred stucco plinth. Projecting eaves and Welsh slate roof. Symmetrical elevation with central doorway (up 3 steps) with bracketed entablature forming hood over. (Modern double door alterations). On either side of doorway, tripartite sash windows. 2nd and 3rd floor - 3 sash windows each.
Nos 1 & 2 (Rectory Cottages) The Leicester Arms Hotel, Nos 1 & 2 (Leicester House) and The Buxton House Stores form a group.
