2. Early C19 2-storey, 3 window villa. Low pitched, hipped slate roof with small lead gargoyles on gutter. Incised stucco. Sash windows with glazing bars in moulded wood architraves. Door of 6 panels, top glazed, in shouldered, moulded architrave with head of Minerva on keystone. Oak-leaf swell frieze, moulded cornice and egg-and-dart moulding on blocking course. Inside diagonal chequered black and white marble hall; and one original marble fireplace.
