2. C16 or earlier timber framed cottage. 2 storey, 2 windows. High pitched tiled roof. At left a small subsidiary roof ridge leads to massive chimney stack rising through lean-to extension. Stack partly rendered. Tile hung 1st floor, rendered ground floor. C19 casements. Plank door in stout frame in later gabled open porch. Visible timber framing behind. Inside much exposed timber including uprights and stout diagonal braces. Inglenook partly filled.
