Summary

Grade II* listed building. Main construction periods 1066 to 1975. Manor house of mostly early 17th century construction incorporating a medieval timber-framed house dating from 15th or 16th century. It is a large manor farmhouse, irregular in shape and surrounded by a medieval moat. Datestone reads 1690. The south wall was recased in the 20th century. The moat is scheduled.
