2. C18 front on earlier timber framed house, probably of late C16. Front elevation 2 storeys and attic, 3 windows. High pitched tiled roof with projecting end chimneys. 2 hipped, gabled dormers. Skylight in centre. 1st floor tile hung. Ground floor red brick with some blue headers. 1st floor band. Windows 2- and 3-light C19 1-bar casements. Wide door in heavy box frame under late C19 gabled porch with seats. 1-storey, 1-window modern right extension. Lean-to left extension. Inside heavy, close-set beams with chamfer-stops of different shapes, and roll moulding to one beam. Old plank floors and inglenook fireplace boarded up. Some fairly close studding with half rail.
