House, formerly cow byres and water tower. c1904 by J.L Pearson and part of the model farm complex to Hever Castle. Timber framed with plastered infill. Steeply pitched tiled roof with gables and 2 diagonally set brick chimneystacks. 1 storey and attics. Central 1/2 hipped timber framed porch on piers with 3 light mullioned windows above. Quatrefoil moulded vertical beam. To right of porch are 2 gabled dormers with 3 light mullioned windows. Ground floor has four 3-light mullioned windows. To left of porch is a section with eclectic ground floor framing of quatrefoils, 1 gabled dormer with 3 light window, half-hipped dormer. Ground floor has one 5-light and one 4-light mullioned window. Gable to left has recessed doorcase with plank door. Attached to the rear is an elaborate water tower with archway, 2nd stage with square framing and top stage with elaborate quatrefoil design with hipped tiled roof with weathervane with letter A (for Astor)
