2. Early-mid C18. Timber framed with sole plate resting on Kentish ragstone foundations. Red brick filling of later date and rebuilding in brick along South wall. Clay tiled roof. Five bays; aisled on all four sides with the roof sweeping down in long hips. Opposed wagon doors, the Western under a raised hip-roofed porch. Timber framing complete except for South aisle wall. Thin scantlings, angled jowls to main posts, long diagonal braces to aisle outer walls. Queen post, clasped purlin roof; the aisles also have through purlins supported on struts from the aisle ties, and there are straight braces to the main plates.
