The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5280 BRASTED TOYS HILL Smoke-House to rear TW 45 SE 45/87 of Obriss Farmhouse
II
2. Probably late C17 to early C18. 2 storeys. Part tarred weatherboarding and part brick with tiled roof and upper loading door. Brick and stone foundation. Stout offset brick chimney. Interior has inglenook fireplace where smoking was carried out an a breadoven. The roof is of Queen strut construction and the 4 beams at the corners have 'jowls'.
Obriss Farmhouse, Barn and Smoke-House form a group.
