2. 1874. U-shaped composition around green court. Romantic, neo-Tudor style building, highly irregular. One and a half storeys. In all 13 windows upstairs and 15 down. Ground floor of snecked frees tone with plinth. Upper walls hung with various gabled and hipped dormers breaking eaves. Large, projecting, timber framed central gable with incised plaster filling. Similar work to an oriel dormer at left and to 2 other dormers. Large, red brick chimney stack, to left of central gable, has 3 diagonal shafts. Plaque in base with Latin inscription to Holy Trinity. Several plank doors, with long iron hinges, under 2-centred arches (some blocked). 1- to 5-light wood casements, with glazing bars, except at ground floor centre which has 4-light stone mullioned window with 4-centred heads to lights. On its left, set back door under overhanging 1st floor supported on stone pier. Date plaque in south end wall.
