Grade II listed building. Main construction periods 1450 to 1975 Dryhill Farmhouse : listed building Timber framed 4-bay house with formerly open 1-bay hall and formerly open kitchen bay. The kitchen bay was altered in the 17th century and a rear range built also in the 17th century or later. There are extensive 20th century alterations.

2. Restored C16 or earlier framed farmhouse with elevations of random stone with brick quoins and dressings to windows. Oversailing 1st floor with exposed framing and half timbering with plaster infilling. Eaves and gutter. Ridge tile roof. Restored mullioned and transomed casements with square leaded panes. 2 modern oriel windows in 1st floor. Modern projecting tiled porch with period oak panelled doors. Various modern extensions. Restored inglenooks and old bake oven inside.
Dryhill Farmhouse, Barns and Outbuildings and wall form a group.
