2. Early C19 front but house behind probably older. 2 storeys, 3 windows in all Tiled roof. Painted brick. Sash windows with glazing bars. Plain panelled doors.
Record and Little Record and Nos 1 and 2(Waterfall Cottages) form a group.
Nos 1 and 2 (Waterfall Cottages) shall be amended to read
Waterfall Cottage Tea Room and Waterfall Cottage Studio.
The group value note should now read Record, Little Record,Waterfall Cottage Tea Room and Waterfall Cottage Studio form a group.
