2. Early-mid C19. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Stucco with entablature and blocking course. 1st floor string. Sash windows, in eared architraves with brackets below, have glazing bars. Ground floor right window has scroll bracketed cornice. Altered late C19 double shop front at left. Graded for group considerations.
Nos 1 & 2 (Rectory Cottages) The Leicester Arms Hotel, Nos 1 & 2 (Leicester House) and The Buxton House Stores form a group.
