Quaintways Tea Rooms (Formerly listed as pair of cottages adjoining and to north-east of The Cottage) TQ 5243 23/828 10.9.54.

2. Late mediaeval timber framed structure, possibly a small hall, with later elevation. 2 storeys, 3 windows. High pitched tiled roof, hipped at left, with ridge stack. Tile hung 1st floor, brick ground floor. Square paned casement windows. C19 4-panel doors under bracketed hoods. Inglenook and exposed timber inside.
Quaintways Tea Rooms, The Cottage, Colquhoun House and Longford form a group with Kirkwood Garden Shop and La Petite Hair Salon.
