Flush flint rubble walls with red brick alternating block quoins and window Jambs and shallow segmental gauged brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars. 4-panel door (the 2 - upper panels glazed) in later wood porch.
Franklow, Buildings Cottage, and the outhouse and wall to Burlings Cottage, form a group.
