LEIGH LEIGH 1. 5280 High Street (North Side) The Old Forge TQ 5446 19/667 II GV 2, Mid-late cl9. Building open to roof inside, with central furnace. High pitched half hipped tiled roof with 2 pent dormers. Gable at right running down to pent, 1-storey side piece. Timber framed. Brick-filled lower parts, plastered above. Double doors with flanking windows under right gable. Wide, 4-light, square- paned window in left part.
South View, Nos 1 to 7 (consec) (Forge square), The Old Forge and Forge Cottage form a group.
LEIGH High Street (North Side) The Old Forge
shall be amended to read LEIGH Leigh Green (North Side) the Forge
The group value note should now read South View, Nos 1 to 7 (consec) (Forge square), The Forge and Forge House form a group.
