The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. EDENBRIDGE EDENBRIDGE 5280 Lingfield Road (North Side) Old Pound House TQ 4446 12/460 II 2. Restored, timber framed structure, C16 or earlier. Old part on garden front. 2 storeys, 2 windows, irregular. High pitched tiled roof with compound ridge stack. Visible framing (partly restored) with red brick filling. Small leaded casements, C18 and modern. Modern extensions on entrance front.

Restored, timber framed structure, 16th century or earlier. Old part on garden front. Two storeys, two windows, irregular. High pitched tiled roof with compound ridge stack. Visible framing (partly restored) with red brick filling. Small leaded casements, 18th century and modern. Modern extensions on entrance front.
