2. The exterior is C18. L-shaped. Two storeys, partly brick, partly weatherboarded. Tiled roof. Weatherboarded part has half-hipped gable. Four casement windows. Simple doorcase and curved bow window. The brick part has casement windows and an external brick chimneystack. This may at one time have belonged to Cobham College as there is a reference to the establishment in a Land Tax Assessment of 1780.
