1. FARNINGHAM SPAREPENNY LANE 5280 Hampton Court House TQ 5467 9/141 TQ 5466 10/141 1.6.67 II GV 2. C18. Two parallel ranges. Two storeys faced with knapped flints with red brick window dressings, quoins, stringcourse and modillon eaves cornice. Tiled roof. Two casement windows. Doorcase with wide hood on brackets and 6 panelled door. Modern additions behind to the north-east.
