The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. EYNSFORD LIVINGSTONE LANE 5280 Barn at Newbarn Farm TQ 56 SW 5/62
II 2. Late C18 to early C19. Brick barn faced with flint on front elevation. Hipped tiled roof. Central gable. The ground floor has brick round-headed arches with flint infill. All are blanks except for the central one which forms a waggon entrance.
