The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LONDON ROAD 1. 1614 (East Side) Nos 28 & 30 TQ 5254/1/64 II GV 2. Early C19. Stucco. 3 storeys. Shop front on ground floor. 1st floor and 2nd floor with 4 sash windows each set in panels between flat stucco pilasters carried up to eave entablature. Oblong sash windows on 1st floor. Square sash windows on 2nd floor. Projecting eaves and gutter. Hipped tiled roof.
Forms a group with No 2 Bank Street.
