Ground floor with recessed doorway to right with stucco pilasters on either side supporting moulded entablature. 2 sash windows to left with moulded stucco surrounds. First floor with 2 similar sash windows. Ridge tile roof with one small flat-roofed leaded dormer.

In 1994 a survey on cellars in the Sevenoaks area was undertaken. 27 High Street was found to have the entire floor area taken by the cellar. (2)
