The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. EDENBRIDGE EDENBRIDGE 5280 High Street (East Side) Eden House TQ 4445 13/422 10.9.54. II 2. Late C18 boarded elevation in imitation of stone courses masking older framed structure. Symmetrical elevation of 2 storeys with parapet and concealed gutter, ridge tile roof with end stacks and centre dormer with lead roof. Centre panelled door with panelled reveals and fluted pilasters on either side supporting pedimented hood with brackets and dentil moulding. Either side, 2 tripartite windows. 1st floor, 3 sash windows in exposed frames. To left - later early C19 painted brick addition. 2 storeys, 4 sash windows, boxed eaves and gutter. Ridge tile roof.
