2. Small Regency lodge, originally standing at the entrance to chipstead Place. 1 storey stucco porticoed elevation with Welsh slate roof, eaves and gutter. Dentilled moulded pediment. Round-headed small sash windows with bars. Panelled door under flat segmental arch with architrave moulded surround. Ornamental derelict early Cl9 panelled wooden gateway with lion heads in centre.
