Farmhouse, now house. C17, with later C17 or C18 addition to right. Painted brick. Plain tile roof. Lobby entry plan with added bay to right. 2 storeys and attics. Roof hipped with gablets. Multiple brick ridge stack in front slope of roof to left of centre. Small gabled dormer. Irregular fenestration of 3 casements; two 3-light flanking stack and one 2-light to right end. Ground floor windows with segmental heads. Panelled door in painted brick porch under stack. Rear lean-to, left end built up to 2 storeys with small brick window in gable. Interior: only partly inspected. Exposed framing. C18 cupboards.
