SANDGATE THE ESPLANADE No. 2, Frenches

(Formerly listed as Frenches, SANDGATE ESPLANADE)

II GV Mid C19. Two parallel ranges. Two storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. Wide moulded eaves cornice. Three windows, now mullioned and transomed casements, two of them being three-light bays. The ground floor has a tent-shaped canopy with iron trellis work supports. four sashes with glazing bars intact to the side elevation.

Littlebourne Lodge and Frenches form a group.
