1. 5281 PROSPECT ROAD (North Side) SANDGATE West lawn Cottage TR 1935 SE 9/211 II 2. Formerly the Old Rose Tavern. Probably of C18 origin. 2 parallel ranges. 2 storeys stuccoed. Tiled roof with 2 hips to the side elevation, Part brick modillion cornice. 2 casements to the side elevation. 2 tiled weatherhoods and 2 altered windows.
West Lawn, Rodney and Bower Cottages form a group.
