Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. 5281 RADNOR CLIFF (South Side) SANDGATE No 12 (Radnor Lodge) TR 2135 SW 6/40 12.3.74. II GV 2. Mid Cl9. 3 storeys and basement colourwashed. Hipped slate roof. 4 sashes in all, the centre 2 in a projection through all storeys. Paired bracket eaves cornice. Long and short quotins. Stringcourses between floors. 2nd floor windows are cambered casements with verticals only. lst floor windows are round-headed windows with glazing bars intact and keystones and pilasters. Ground floor is rusticated. 2 3-light sashes and doorcase in projecting section with dentilled cornice above. 4 Tuscan pilasters with round-headed doorcase and narrow lights between the other pilasters.
Nos 6 to 22 (even) form a group.
